INDOOR AIR QUALITY ASSESSMENT

Air-Vent Duct Cleaning, Inc. provides Indoor Air Quality Assessments to residential and commercial customers. This can either be a general assessment or a more in depth and detailed assessment. 

Our more detailed assessment would include digital video and/or laboratory analysis. These types of inspections are conducted strictly on the basis of the clients needs and are priced accordingly.

A Project Assessment Must Take Place Prior to Commencing with Cleaning Work and Includes:

1. Building Usage Classification

2. HVAC Contamination Evaluation

3. Environmental Impact

Every step necessary is taken to determine:

• The source of contamination

• The level of contamination

• The method of remediation

AN ASSESSMENT. . .

Must include a visual evaluation of representative sections of the HVAC system and the spaces served by the system to determine conditions within the system as well as the serviced areas.

Is used to plan the remediation project whether it is a residential building or a large commercial/industrial facility.

May be used to document conditions found through the use of digital photography and a written report describing the physical integrity and cleanliness of system components and surfaces.

Is used to plan a project, define the scope of work, determine cleaning methods and cover any environmental engineering controls or unique project requirements specific to this project.
